Where we deliver
We deliver to all addresses within Greater Male’ City (Male’, Villingili Ferry and Hulhumale’). We require a street address for delivery along with a contact number.
We also deliver to local islands, island ferries, resort Male’ offices, resort ferries as well.
All deliveries are made between 10:00am to 10:00pm Saturday to Thursday by our delivery team.
All deliveries are made based on their purchased time as follows:
- All orders placed before 9.00pm on a weekday, delivery will be made on the same day before 00:00 pm.
- All orders received after 9:00 pm on a weekday, delivery will be made on the following day before 12:00 pm for Male’ and 4:00 pm for Hulhumale and Villingili. (If delivery can be done earlier the customer would be informed)
- All orders received on a Friday or public holiday, delivery will be made before 6:00pm the following day or the next working day.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary. Items may be delivered to you individually or separately by our delivery staff or transport agencies.
Delivery Cost & Acceptance
All orders are free of charge within Greater Male’ City area and to ferries.
Island deliveries would be charged as per the weight (through Redbox).
Anyone at the delivery address who receives the products will be checked by KIWINBERRIES to ensure that the person receiving the product is authorized to receive the products.
If you are unsure of your availability at the delivery address during delivery hours, we recommend providing a work address or address of a relative who will be present during the delivery hours.
Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of the products by the courier.
If you would like to pick up your purchase, you can always pick it up at our retail store KIWINBERRIES.
To pick up your items from our store, you will need to bring the order number and a valid phone number/ID for authorization.
Items will be ready for pick up within 24 hours. You’ll receive a Pickup Call when each item is ready for pick up. Please make sure that you have received a pickup call before coming to our store for pickup.
